If you’re wrestling through this, I suggest we chat! Sometimes 1:1 work is best, and othertimes we benefit greatly by being in a story-exploring community together.
Our 1:1 sessions start with getting to know one another. I want to earn your trust, and never assume that I’ve got it. I’ll ask you questions and you can ask me some, too. Before we get into anything deep, I want to equip you with some tools that will help you feel cared for and help your nervous system feel at ease.

Payment for all appointments is due at the time of service. I collect your information into a secure online account.
My fees are as follows:
Individual
* 50-minute session: $150
* 80-minute session: $225
Marriage/Couples/Family
* 50-minute session: $175
* 80-minute session: $265
Consultation
* 50-minute session: $175
* 80-minute session: $265
Groups are $80/week for 30 weeks
